NATHANIEL VOELKER STUDIO CONTRACT AND FEES
Voice, Piano, Music Theory, Music History, Acting, or Conducting Instruction available.

An initial trial session is scheduled for all new students for both the student and the instructor to determine if we are a “good fit.” This is billed at the regular rate of $80 / hour. All lessons billed at the regular rate should be paid at the beginning of sessions.
Studio Membership
The academic year runs from August - May. Those committed to 4+ hours of instruction per month (20 hours / semester, 40 hours / academic year) and that pay tuition by the 5th of each month will receive reduced tuition rates. Life happens and lessons occasionally need to be rescheduled. As long as student offers 24 hours notice a make up lesson will be offered. If instructor needs to cancel a make up will be provided regardless of timeline.
Studio Membership Rates due by 5th of each month
4 - 60 minute sessions = $280 / month
4 - 90 minute sessions = $400 / month
4 - 120 minute sessions = $500 / month
On rare occasion, one student is taken on to receive more than 2 hours / week. If you are interested in this opportunity, please talk with Mr. Voelker to discuss goals, procedure, and billing. Students that have held this spot in the studio previously are currently working as professional musicians in performance, recording, and education today.
Progress will be accomplished regardless of vocal health. Aural skills, college / career planning, etc. will be focused on if health insufficient to sing.
Monthly payments received after the 5th of each month will be charged a $20 late fee. Payments delinquent beyond 30 days will incur an additional $30 fee ($50 total) and possible termination from the studio. Payments can be made via cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo. Commitment runs through May 31st. Early contract termination requires 30 days notice and a fee of $140.
